      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to transaction SE03,  click on the "Search for Objects in Request/Task" and then click the execute button.   You will notice the top section has a few object types already there, go to the first open record where you can select an object type,  here enter FORM and then the name of the form to the right of that field.  Make sure to check the checkbox for that line as well.
