Follow the link,

www.service.sap.com --> SAP Notes.

( u will need a Service marketplace id for this )

give this number in the box and search. It will give the details of changes that are done by the note.

Hi Narayana,

Incase someone has already downloaded the note in your SAP system you can find it by going to transaction SNOTE.

Then goto <b>SAP Note Browser</b> or <b>Ctrl + F9</b> from the menu bar.

It will show the current status of the note in your system i.e. implemented or locked etc. If it doesnt show up, it implies the note has not been downloaded as yet.
