      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a field defined as QUAN 9 0. I use the data dictionary to display this field as a table control element. But when i enter a negative number, it's giving me an error that negatives are not allowed. Is there anything i need to set up for the me to to be able to enter -'s.
