after save is clicked on f-28, i need to clear enteries in a ztable.can ny1 tell how to do it?

U go to utilities-->table contents --> display

there u select all the records..... using SELECT ALL button..

then go to Table entries --> Delete all.

In this way u can delete either a single record or all the records....

actually the entries in ztable need to be deleted automatically...dat is either using some user exit at save or nyother method dat wud trigger da routine automatically after document is posted and document number generated in f-28 ,to delete the table entries.
