Hi.

I have reviewed various threads on similar topic whcih have been useful, but I am still not 100% clear on one thing...

We have designed a form in SAPSCript (<i>without</i> BarONE), and using SAP ECC6. We are using the SAP supplied printer device type (LB_ZEB), but getting no output from the printer.

My question is - do we need to actually insert specific ZPL / ZPLII commands into the SAPScript to enable it to print on our Zebra printer?

Thanks very much

Todd

You don't need BarOne, but it's much easier to use some kind of label design software. The (free) ZebraDesigner is usually sufficient. Design your label, print it to a file. Create a standard text in SO10 and upload the output that you just generated (use ASCII in this case - IPT if using BarOne.). Add your variables and include this text in the main window of your Sapscript form - and nothing else.

Used to work for me under 4.0B, still works on ECC 6.0

Regards,

Ralf

Edited by: Ralf Broskvar on Jan 12, 2008 2:44 PM
