New entry on table control

Hi Guys,

For long time i did not touched table control. Need your help to refresh my memory.

Im using wizard to create table control. For initial execution my table control contains blank value, problem happen when it can not cater my input populate into ITAB.

Pls comment.

Hi,

In the PAI. do the following..Check the MODULE modify_data.

PROCESS AFTER INPUT.

LOOP AT ITAB.

MODULE MODIFY_DATA.

ENDLOOP.

MODULE MODIFY_DATA.

move the values to the internal table header line or a separete work area.

MOVE CORRESPONDING SCREEN_FIELDS TO ITAB.

Modify the internal table record...TC will be the table control name..

MODIFY ITAB INDEX TC-CURRENT_LINE.

Check the record code.

IF SY-SUBRC <> 0.

IF there is no record exists for the current index..append it to the internal table.

APPEND ITAB.

ENDIF.

ENDMODULE.
