Problem creating custom HRP infotype

Hi,

I created HRI9002 and PT9002 structures. But when I try to create infotype 9002 using PPCI or PPCJ, it gives me the message "Infotype 9002 cannot be created

Please look at the following log." and displays that the module pools, screens etc. do not exist.

It looked like a few others on the forum had the same problem and went through the documentation provided but nothing seems to work for me. Could somebody help me figure out where I am going wrong?

I am facing the same problem . I also tried to delete DD objects , screen etc which displays on the log screen but didn't get through. Problem seems that some other objects are alos created with are not getting displayed on the screen . If you have got the solution for the same then please advise me what i can do to for this. There is an alternative way to create OM Infotypes.

Create HRIXXXX structure in SE11 with required fields.

Go to SE37, execute the FM RH_INFTY_CREATE with following parameters

NEW_INFTY = xxxx

REF_INFTY = 1001

NEW_INFTY_TEXT = <DESCRIPTION ABOUT INFOTYPE>

Note: XXXX will be your custom infotype name.

This should resolve your problem.

Had the same problem....

Solution for me was to set the HRI9nnn structure's Enhancement Category to 'Cannot be Enhanced'.

(Menu path Extras->Enhancement Category)

If the structure is in another enhancement category the following structures that PPCI generates (P9nnn, HRP9nnn) cannot be activated and the Infotype creation gets aborted.
