I dont have any messages in SOST and SBWP. Is SOST responsible for sending the documents that are generated from background jobs ? or the logic in the code of the program in background ?

Hi Reddy,

In general , the programs use some Function modules to send the mails.

The problem may be in the program itslef, (Like the function module failing for some reason).

in SOST you cam see the status of the mail that has been sent.

SBWp is a business workplace where you can see the mails sent to/from your SAP user id to/from other SAP users.

REgards,

Ravi
