Transaction Code

Hi All,

I have created transaction code for one report in development which I have transported to Quality environment. I can use that transaction code in Quality but not other users. What could be the problem and how can I resolve this?

Hi,

Check with AUTHORIZATIONS for that Report.

May be others don't have authorization for that report.

Have you kept any Authorization-Object for that report? check.

This may be due to the <b>Authorization object</b> of the Tcode.

In SE93 check this field Authorization object.

Hi,

This is due to the authorization.

check if the authorizations are provided for that particular transaction.

I have gone through your message. If you have already created that t-code and transported it to quality then do onething.

Go to authorisation and assign that t-code to all users. I think this will helpful.

Hi,

In the role assigned to the user search for an authorization object S_TCODE.

Add this new tcode u have created under that authorization object i mean under the auth object S_TCODE.

PFCG--~~>AUTHORIZATION~~->EDIT

Turn on the technical names .

U most probably having the SAP_ALL profile for which u r able to execute the tcode.

Hi Yogesh,

In transaction SU01, ask the SUPER USER to copy the Authorization Object for you, to all the user. The Authorization Object contains the list of Transactions for which the user is entitled for.

Your set of transactions you can see by executing the program RSUSE010 in se38 or sa38.
