I want to increase the length of the field in the selection screen.

how its possible.

Hi,

It is not possible ... you need to find proper data element/table field which fit your field requirement (length).

Hi,

If you want to increase the length of the input field..Then choose the corresponding data element..

If you want to increase the length of the text that is displayed for the field..

Try this..

SELECTION-SCREEN BEGIN OF LINE.

SELECTION-SCREEN COMMENT 1(20) v_text FOR FIELD P_LAND1.

PARAMETERS: p_land1 TYPE t005-land1.

SELECTION-SCREEN END OF LINE.

INITIALIZATION.

v_text = 'Destination country'.

you can declare a variable like

data: v1(20) type c.

parameters: p1 like v1.

increase v1 and p1 is increased automatically.
