Hi Eswar,

Thanks for answering.

I've already done it but the problem with this method is we lose the first date (which is 25.02.2007).

Furthermore in my team, they modified the ATP which give you the next periode. So If I put 01.03.2007 as a required date then the ATP check will give me an other date (the next periode).

So I need to force one schedule line with that date required 25.02.2007.

Regards,

Hello,

Question :

How can I force one (and only one) schedule line for a specific item in order creation ?

I would like to know which parameters should I use for the tables

- ORDER_ITEMS_IN

and

- ORDER_SCHEDULES_IN

Detail :

Before creating an order I make a simulation. Its returns me a multiple schedule line for an item. this is a good behaviour.

But my requirement is to use a complete delivery for this specific item.

Exemple :

before simulation

material : A

qty : 10

requested date : 25.02.2007

after simulation

material : A

3 schedule lines :

1. Schedule line date : 25.02.2007

1. qty : 10

1. confirm qty : 0

2. Schedule line date : 30.02.2007

2. qty : 0

2. confirm qty : 5

3. Schedule line date : 01.03.2007

3. qty : 0

3. confirm qty : 5

Then I want to create my order with the complete delivery for this item. Which means :

I want 10 for the 25.02.2007 and I have 10 for the 01.03.2007.

I'm using BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 with ECC5

kind Regards

HI Joseph

If you need only one schedule line, proceed as below:

1. Do the simulation.

2. Output of simation will give the ATP quantities and Availability dates.

3. Take the maximum of the dates.

4. Use this as requested delivery date while creating the order via BAPI: BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2.

5. This will force to have single schedule line.

As per your example, the requested delivery date should be 01.03.2007 and requested quantity to be 10. Then only one schedule line is created.

If you need to make it to a earlier date it is not possible to make it in one schedule line as you can not produce the required quantity and deliver before 01.03.2007.

Hope this helps you in understanding the process...

Kind Regards

Eswar
