Hi All,

I am new to HR-ABAP and working on a report that has to evaluate performance distribution of the employees. Here i am stuck with:

1. searching for related Infotypes for structure Q1005 and also the underlying database table for this.

2. Also there is a structure HAP_S_DYNP_3100_TB which is the input to my report. I need to know the underlying Database table for this and also any infotypes(if any) for this. I am not able to proceed if i am not able to check the input to my report.

Please Experts find a solution to my above query. Points will be rewarded.

it is a bit hard to say the database table used by screen fields unless you have the standard tcode names as you have to move one of the two ways here -

1. Either debug the tcode where this field is and find the table name I am sure it must be getting populted with some standard FM.

2. Ask your functional guy about this, I am sure he knows which table data is storing.but dont give him the technical name ask him for the field description.

But in your case I think you are talking of PO13 tcode, for storing Planned Compensation, if it is so, then these Q fields are updating HRP1005 database table, check MP100500 program in SE80.

Hi Amit,

Thanks...I have put helpful ponts for your answer........................................................ but i have been trying all possible ways to find the Q table and the other structure...but my status is still the same. The report that i am working on has to display the performance of the employees in an org unit as an alv of people who have 'outperformed' ,'acheived' etc. Managers has to be able to view it and can check in each pay grade level what are the % of performance.

So i need the paygrade levels (from Q1005) and also the performance rating field (from the 'H' structure)!!!

Do u have any idea on any infotypes for performance?

Infotype is structure Q1005 is 1005(Planned compensation)

Hi Guys,

the field slgrp is present in q1005 but not in hrp1005!

also can u tell me hw to get the data from dynpro structure ...as i mentioned in my query?

check this...

1) database table....HRP1005

2) HAP_S_DYNP_3100_TB is not a structure....It is a screen field...get the data element for this screen field and from it u can find the table name.
