I am getting the dump "SHM_LOCK_OPERATION_FAILED" , am not getting what has caused it, Can u pls help me out on this, Attached the dump as wellshm-dump.txt

Dear Santosh,

Please provide the "dev_w51" and "dev_w51.old" trace files from the instance where the dump was raised (i.e., the instance running on server "sappep01").
