Search help icon at screen

Hi all,

I have created a search help and linked it to a data element.

On the field, on clicking on F4 ,I am getting the required values.

But the F4 help symbol which comes beside a screen field ,is not coming on my screen. How can I have that icon beside the screen field?

is it module pool screen.

if yes. go to screen painter and dobule click on the filed which will bring up the attributes window of the field. there choose program tab and choose possible entries check box and also from the drop down next to it choose 2show permanently

Hi,

It is actually a selection-screen embedded in subsreen area of a module pool screen.

Is there any other way ?

in the selection screen, if you are referring to the right field , you should automatically get that.

I have referred to the right field and I am getting the values at F4. Only the icon for search help is not coming
