lv_repid eq sy-repid.&lt;/CODE&gt;&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now pass lv_repid to the ALV Fm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vasanth&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am writing a ALV Report.But i got confused where i have to use cotes and where not to use the cotes  for the parameters in function modules which we use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i.e for  eg&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CALL FUNCTION 'REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EXPORTING&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i_callback_program = &amp;lt;b&amp;gt;sy-repid&amp;lt;/b&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can any body explain where exactly i have to use cotes and where i have to  use uppercase letters.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks and regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;madhravi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

On righ hand side top in your Editor...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That will take name of Function Module and will give you complete structure of the CALL FUNCTION '.... '.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this will help. Please reward if useful,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whenever you are passing any user defined value like variable or some local object name, you have to place it in quotes and upper case e.g. 'USER COMMAND'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if you are using any SAP defined object then you have to pass it without quotes, e.g. SY-REPID in this FM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Amit&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reward all helpful replies.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
