Printer Setting in Smartfrms

Hi Experts,

When i am executing my Smartform executable program every time it's asking for the Output Device and every time i am typing 'LP01' there.

How i will set the output device option?

U have to set it in your USER PARAMETER:

System->User Profile->Own Data->Default

You make sure to set the parameter USER_SETTINGS while the fm of smartform is calling.

In this way the program sets the defau printer for every user.

In the smartform function module, there will be a output options parameter.

Pass the Output device to TDDEST and Printer name to TDPRINTER and pass that parameter to the smartform function module.
