    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi , &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;  Each quantity / amount field must have a refrenece feild which refers to the unit/currency field respectively.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In you table along with the quantity field you must also be adding a unit of measure feid also , so in the &amp;lt;b&amp;gt;currency/quantity fields&amp;lt;/b&amp;gt; tab enter the name of the field for unit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will solve your problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do revert back in case of queries.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Arun&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Message was edited by: &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;        Arun R&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Quantity fields reference field</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I created a Quantity field BRIX   when I'm trying to activate its showing error that reference field and table are not mentioned.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BRIX is the field which I created for the Brix value &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anyone suggest me what would be its Reference field and table.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what can I give as ref&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hema.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;  I feel you would have added a filed for unit of measure in the table , bacause the pattern which is generally followed is when we add a quantity the unit of measure field is also added as the next feild , so as to maintain this relation ship . now if you have not added then in the tab for Currency/Quantity feild enter T006 as Ref table and MSEHI as the Ref feild.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Arun&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
