    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;          Text Elements won't get transferred they are client dependent objects .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You have two options .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1Go to new client goto transaction SO10 and Utilities-&amp;gt;Copy from client .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 .Manually create text elements .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please reward if useful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Just import them into other client using Change requests or copy then into the client.
