Out type configuration

Hi all,

I need to trigger an Idoc SHPMNT05 and send to the legacy system when there's a shippment creation or change. Where (In which application) do i need to create Zoutput type? Can i do it in V2 application (Shipping)?

Also please give me the steps i need to proceed to create an output type and configuring partner profiles with my new output type.

Also tell me if i need to take care of anything in NACE transaction regarding condition records.

Hi,

SOme of the basic steps.

1). Create a new output type in NACE

2). Assign it to the application PROCEDURES

3). Assign the required driver programs for your EDI processing to the output type

4). Maintain condition records for control of when the electornic message must be sent.
