Hi Experts,

I created a user and added a user profile in the profiles tab in SU01. I forgot the exact profile name, but its like this S_SPO_ADMIN_D. I sucessfully created the user and when im logged in with that user name, its not allowing me to execute any Transcation code. Is there any Tcodes that i can execute with the profile stated above?I havent added any Roles or any other profiles to that userid.What is the use of such profiles when i can create profiles using PFCG?

I can't find a profile with that name on our system but if you want to see what authorisation objects are in a profile, you should use transaction SUIM.

Click on 'profiles' and then on ' by profile name or text'.

Then you can type in the part of the name of the profile you do remember (or just check in su01 for the exact name) and execute.

Then if you doubleclick the profile name in the report, you see what it contains. If there are no transactions in it, that user will not be able to execute any transactions.

Hi Ashok,

In 4.7 there are 30 profile with S_SPO_*****_** but all the profiles are related to the spool related authorizations you can only perform some spool related T-codes

SP12 TemSe Administration

According to the requirements as per SOD you have to create the role if needed for some users you may have to assing the profile
