      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;First work with your basis team as usually this is basis activity. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Go to SPAD and See what is the device type is attached your printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Go to SPAD transaction and 'Full Administration'. You can see tab for 'Device Types'.  Enter the device name which is attached to the required printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) The check the menu GOTO--&amp;gt; 'Format'. Click on that and click 'Change' (pencil icon) too. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4) Now under the menu 'Formats', use option 'Choose'  OR click the 'create' icon to add the new page format.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Careful should be taken as it may impact all printers which is using the same device type and usually cloning the device type and adding your custom page is advisable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Viswa&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Assign points if helpful)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
