i was given with the below requirement i wanted to proceed with we31 then we 30

and we60 is anythin more to be done after this according to the below requirement

Purpose-

Jazz has to send the materials masters created in SAP thro EDI to KWE in china.At present we are using Matmas04 message type to send the outbound IDOC to Kwe for the product master. We found that there are two fields which Jazz requires to be sent to KWE and is not part of ths standard segments and we need to have a Custom segment to include those fields.

Missing Fields and Technical Info

SAP field Des SAP Technical Field Comments

ECCN Number MAEX/ALNUM Table MAEX and field ALNUM.This can be seen in foreign trade view of Material master by clicking on Legal Control Tab.

Harmonized Tariff code Please see the comments. HTS = V_T604-TEXT3 where V_T604-STAWN = Commodity code on material

Hi,

According to ur requirement u need to create a Z segment and add that segment to ur idoc in WE30.But if the IDOC is released then it is not possible to add.But u can Extend the IDOC.After that u can assign IDOC to message type in we82.Create segments with data element.

Hi jayakrishna,

Goto we30 there u have to enter IDOC name and below there will be check boxs.so select 2nd check box that is Extend Idoc i suppose.or else i will tell you after some time. ok
