'Transport control program tp ended with error code 0247'

We had single system landscape,

I imported request Extras -> Other Request > Add request in the menu.. When i clicked on continue and I am getting the following error messages:

'Transport control program tp ended with error code 0247'

'Errors: addtobuffer has problems with data- and/or cofile'

Could someone tell me what do they mean and how to rectify these errors.

Hello Srinivas

Please check if both the data and the cofile do indeed exist in their respective directories. For example, if your request is US1K900100 and the DIR_TRANS directory is usr/sap/trans then check that:

- K900100.US1 exists in usr/sap/trans/cofiles

- R900100.US1 exists in usr/sap/trans/data

Both Data and Cofiles exists under usr/sap/trans/data and usr/sap/trans/cofiles directories.

Any clue? please let me know.

Hi Gurus

I have the similar problem. I copy K9.MDI and R9.MDI in respective folders but when I run the transport it disappear in Co files but imported successfully except one file displaying 047 error

please comment
