Hi All,

I went to transaction F-32 to clear customer and gave customer number and some other selections and pressed process open items. I did this for 4 customers, they have upto 30,000 open items, for one customer the scroll bar is not there and I cannot drag to see all of the items, same thing is working for other customers.

can you please help me to fix this.

Hi All,

For the customer the scroll bar tab is missing, the open items are 33,200. I narrowed the search little more and I had the scroll tab to go up and down. For other customer with 29,000+ transactions also I found the scroll tab.

Is this Scroll tab won't work for 30,000+ open items or is there any limit on this.

The scroll bar should be there - please maximize your window.

In any event, you should be able to use the "Display from item" field (RF05A-ABPOS) at the bottom left of the screen to bring any item to the top.

Hi Rob,

Window is maximized only. I see the scroll bar, but the tab to move is missing. Horizontal tab is working fine. Only verical scroll tab is missing, I can not even use arrows, to move.

Display from item field has 1 in it. I can see items only on that screen. If I sort I can see sorted values, but only the displayed screen.

For other customers it is working fine.

Please help me.

Put a number other than 1 in the field. Try 20.

I tried it, it is displaying from that item, but only that screen. No scroll tab. As it is comming for other customers, user wants this scroll bar also work as other customers.

The page up, page down is also working fine. Only up and down arrows not working.

For other customers also 'Display from item field' has 1 in it

How can you have multiple customers each with over 30,000 open items?

Hi Rob,

I have 2 customers one with 29000+ and other with 30000+ customers, remaining customers has less open items. The cust with 29,000 is working fine, only problem is with retailer having 30000+ open items.

Well, I don't see any SAP notes. Since it's standard SAP functionality, you can raise an OSS message.
