User authorisation for Object type

In production 400, four Material Planners have the role for transaction MM17,however only 2 of them can access the transaction.The other 2 planners tried accessing but an error message appears stating that they do not have the "Authorization for mass maintenance of object type BUS1001"

What can i do to rectify this?

Have one of the persons how can not run MM17, go ahead and start transaction MM17, after the error message appears, have them type /NSU53 in thte transaction code box at the top of the gui. In the next screen, if there is any authorizations which are showing, show this to the person in charge of your authorizations. They should be able to fix it up .
