Problem in Customers

Hi Experts,

I am loading Customer Master using LSMW / obj 0050 batch input prg. I have successfully loaded the customers but when i cross checked it frm XD03...i found few customers whose name starts with (A) got a " " (quotes) added to them...Not all the customers starting with A but only few got tht.

Example : American HealthCare but i got it as "American HealthCare"

Any suggestions??

think error is in your flat file - have you checked it?

Did you check the delimiters in your legacy file?

yea i checked the delimiters too....the problem is not for the whole file...only few r getting tht.....

Sony,

You may have to identify the pattern.

If you still have the file, identify the records for which names were messed up. Remove all other successfully processed records from the file and try loading the customer master again for one error record(remove the original customer master record for which u are trying to run the load again or change the key so that duplicate entry error is avoided). Please let us know if the customer master record is still loaded with additional quotes.

hey when im converting from excel to note pad im getting for few of them...i think there is a format error...
