BW Problem(Query,Workbook)

Hi,

One of my user is trying to run queries and workbooks using Bex.

When trying to run a query its thowing him authorization error.I have even found that the user have the correct role which is needed to run these queries and workbooks.

The user also have even the same problem when i am trying to refresh the query or workbook.

Its Urgent ... Pls help.

Sorry i forget to mention to mention, in the error screen shot , its saying aothorization for multiprovider is not present.

I think you are having problem with milti provider and Query .

For mulitprovider , i think in the role which you said that the user is having

S_RS_MPRO will be missing.

Aslo check under S_RS_ICUBE whether the user is having access to the particular cube.

and also the the activity under S_RS_ICUBE shoud be 03(Display) and 16(Execute)

Aslo check the same under S_RS_COMP.

I think the user must be able to run and refresh the queires and workbooks.

Thanks , yes the authorization object S_RS_MPRO was missing the the role as well as the activity was only 03 and 16 was missing.
