    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please follow the below steps in detail to create query using Bex.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.Open SAP Business Explorer Analyzer using Start-Programs&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.Click Enable Macros if Macros not yet enabled&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.Click on Open (first icon) &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.Select the BW system from the SAP Logon window which appears.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5.Logon to BW System  Client, User, Password and Language&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6.Click on the &amp;#147;Queries&amp;#148; in the SAP Bex&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7.Click &amp;#147;New&amp;#148; to create a new Query.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;8.Select the &amp;#147;info cube&amp;#148; and click &amp;#147;Ok&amp;#148; to open query design window&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;9.You can drag and drop the item in the left hand side of the window into the right side windows.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;10.Select for the left window and click and drop key figures to &amp;#147;Columns&amp;#148; window &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;11.Select for the left window and click and drop Characteristics         &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;     to &amp;#147;Characteristics&amp;#148; window &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;12.Select for the left window and click and drop to &amp;#147;Rows&amp;#148; window &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;13.Go to the properties of the value under the Rows Window&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;14.Click on the List icon under the Presentation Hierarchy to display the list of  &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;     hierarchies associated with the characteristic&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;15.Select the hierarchy which you have created and click &amp;#147;ok&amp;#148; button&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;16.Click &amp;#147;Ok&amp;#148; to continue &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;17.Click &amp;#147;Tick icon: to Save and Execute the Query.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;18.While saving enter the Technical Name sand Description of the Query.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try the above steps and check it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*pls don't forget to avoid points if you find it usefull&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bye&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
