There in no BAPI for this one, but there is a function moduel <b>KNVL_LICENSE_DATE_CHECK</b>

and also, the below are useful function modules

SLIM_GET_LICENSE_ATTRIBUTE

SLIM_GET_LICENSE_ATTRIBUTE_ALL

Its not a bapi, but you can use the function module SLIC_GET_LICENCE_DATE. If you need an RFC enbabled, you can create a wrapper function module and simply call this SLIC_GET_LICENCE_DATE function module.

but this doesn't solve my problem. My problem is that I have more then 20 system where i have to check the license date. So I require a fuction module that is available on every system.

Any ideas?

Well,

I guess your only choice is to follow Rich's advice to build an RFC or BAPI as a wrapper around one of the mentioned function modules and deploy it to the systems.

If this information was stored in the DB, you might have been able to have one central place to get it (e.g. Native SQL with EXEC SQL from an ABAP) but since it is retrieved via a system call, I fear you're out of luck.
