Through class builder you can build global classes in the ABAP workbench.

For making class builder transaction is se24.

You can define class attributes, methods, events, constructors, class constructors as well as interfaces inside that.

This global class can be accessed/used by any program.

For defining class attributes types you have to define the types in se11 otherwise you have to use dictionary types defined in se11.

Reward points if the answer is helpful.
