rsbdcsub is the name of a report.

This report is used for processing batch-input-data sets in background.

it is a standard report and the help documentation says:

Batch Input: Process All Sessions

hi if you goto SM35 and process a session in background it directly sumbits the information to the program rsbdcsub

This is the program used to directly process a session in background though SM35, there is no need for user intervention if you are going to submit your session to this program
