Create a seperate Z table with the allowed values&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 Assign this table as a check table to the field in your table. This will then check allow a record to be created only if the value exists in the check table.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Guru&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reward points for helpful answers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;May I know it is possible to assign field checking when creating table?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a requirement where I need to check the sign values for either '&lt;EM&gt;' or '-' when user key in into that particular field, no other values will be eligble besides '&lt;/EM&gt;' and '-'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
