Adding a Tab and Adding Screen Fields in the Custom Tab

Hi,

I have a requirement to enhance the Transaction IE01, IE02 and IE03. I have to add one Custom Tab along with the Standard SAP Tabs in the screen of the transaction. In that Custom Tab, I need to add Custom Screen Fields. Please suggest me a suitable solution. There are few User Exits available; I can utilize to write Screen Exits. Bit i am not sure, how to add the additional tab.

check the relevant screen exit and attach the tab using this exit.

Thanks for your reply. I have identified the suitable user exit. But i am not sure, how to create a custom tab, in which I have to add custom screen fields. Can you please provide me if you have a sample code for adding a Custom Tab? After creating the custom tab, while creating the custom fields in it, Will the System ask for Access Key? To populate the custom screen fields, I will use the screen exit. To create the custom screen filed, do I have to add those fields in the SAP's Screen? I am not sure how to go ahead. Can you please write to me a more detail approach to this requirement with samples codes if you have? That would be a great help.
