regarding naming space

hi guys,

I want to know two things.

1-How to find whether customer is using Naming space objects(other than Y* Z* programs).

2-file path directories using for Unix and Solaris are same in abap programs?

(ie whether we have to use path /user/sap/edi/ or \user\sap\edi\)

Does it differ while definining in Logical path at FILE transaction.

Please suggest me.

Hi,

The naming conventions are given in the functional specification .

The file path directories depend upon the os .

If you are not changing the os it is the same .

Hi Ambi,

You need worry about the naming space, because once your in the onboard on the project all the necessary documentation along with namespace will be given to you.
