Transporting table values - Problem

I just created a new entry in Z table. Now I want this entry to be in transport so that this will be transported.

But the option Table Entry->Transport Entries is disable in transaction SE16.

Can you please help me assign this entry to transport.

Just for your information

1) This table is assigned to package ZZZ0 - "Basis - Cross Landscape Objects"

2) In table maintenance generator screen, in frame "Dialog Data Transport Detail" the option button "no, or user, recording routing" is selected.

in order to transport the entries, the table should be a customizing table.

you can define customizing table in the technical settings.

if you change the data in the table from table-maint-gen, it creates a request.

if you transport the request, the data gets transported to the desired server.

follow this proceedure

1.goto SE10

2.click on the create button

3.select the second radio button

4.now put your cursor on the task and click on display object list button

5.goto change mode

6.add new entry by clicking add button

7.R3TR TABU <Your table name>

8.double click on ur table name

9 goto change mode and add new entry

10.double click on ur input box

11.here give ur entries for ur table and save it.

do the following:-

1.goto SE10 & create a work bench request. You can delete the Unclassified task.

2.Then double click on the main task. Fill it as below:=

program ID= R3TR

object = TABU

object name = your table name from which entries to transport

press enter

3.Now double click on this record which will lead you to fill the table keys. There you have to fill in the entries of the key values of the table.

4. save and release the request

I knew this but I need the the step by step procedure. Thanks a lot.

This table was already in system and I can not change any design part of it, I just need to add a record and assign it to transport.

Hello Pawan,

U can try the following....

Goto Se01-> create a request. Chage the type to development. If u already have a request then doble click on the task. Enter R3TR/TABU and the table name. It will then ask for key. Double click on the key and enter the key values which u want to transport.

choose the recording routine "Standard Recoding Routine" instead of "no, or user, recording routing".
