Hi,

Can anybody tell me how to use this function module EQUIPMENT_POST or a function module which can update the database table fields EQUI-WERKS, EQUI-LAGER, EQUI-CHARGE directly given an Equipment number. I found out that there is no bapi which can update these fields.

EQUIPMENT_POST directly updates the tables :

HEQUI TO EQUI,

HEQUZ TO EQUZ,

HILOA TO ILOA,

HEQKT TO EQKT,

HEQBS TO EQBS,

HFLEET TO FLEET,

*HEQUI TO *EQUI,

*HEQUZ TO *EQUZ,

*HILOA TO *ILOA,

*HEQKT TO *EQKT,

HAKTYP TO AKTYP,

ID_LEVEL TO GD_LEVEL,

HNILOAN TO NILOAN.

So u need to pass the above details from ur program to the FM.

Thanks for your response, yeah i tried that too.

But when i tried using them it is giving me dump saying the field *HEQKT is missing even though i pass that variable with data.
