    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Kathy,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Start transaction SE37&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fill in the name of the Function Module&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Choose from the menu: Utillities --&amp;gt; Versions --&amp;gt; Version Management&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Under the column "Rel." you will find in which release the FM was made.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep in mind, that most old FM's in SAP releases simply are converted to the new release and therefore carry also that specific release version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that is the case you could check the date in version management.
