Problem when uploading TIFF file

Hi all,

When I save as a .ps file to .tif file in photoshop and upload to SAP via SE78, it gives error,

but if I save a .gif file to .tif file in photoshop and upload to SAP via SE78, it works fine.

What's the possible cause and solution ?

sol 1

in sap se78 transation you can also upload a .bmp file so save as .bmp and then try uploading.

Approach 2

Convert the .ps file to .gif and then to .tif and then try uploading
