    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anybody help me on this requirement .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whenever there is an updation or change in the HR Master data like insertion of new personnel number or deletion of personnel number then I need to dump the data to XML file . That means I need to make it event driven. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will it be possible programmatically ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please give me your inputs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bhagat.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
