      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear Raju,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The thumb rule is &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Status 1 - 53 is outbound&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Status &amp;gt;53 is inbound.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Viswa&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Assign points if helpful)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
