Table header not shown in second page

I want to print table header for second page also but its comes only for one page.

Note: i used page break

Check box are ticked both first page and page break

I created the second page using copy of 1st page.

Help to sort out.

Dear Gopi,

do you use Smartforms? In this case could you please check, that the page break occured in the main area of the table or in the footer?

If the page break appears during processing of the 'bottom' section of the table, please set a correct height for the field 'footer height'.
I also recommend to set the 'Minimal height' for the HEADER.
