Hi Kirsten,

i don't think so. If you set this paramter the fm will read from buffer. If there are changes in the meantime you don't get them. If you don't set the parameter the fm will read direct from database table.

I'm not sure if the "QUEUE" is always saved in a database table, or if you have to refresh it with an other fm.

Regards

Bernd

Hi all,

Need a little help with this FM (TMS_MGR_READ_TRANSPORT_QUEUE). We are using it to read the queue but want to make sure the queue is refreshed before reading. I think this parameter may be intended to do that but the text is in German, help with translation please.....

parameter IV_COLLECT_DATA is optional and text is "Daten nicht aus DB-Tabelle sondern aus Bufferdatei lesen". Would use of this parameter cause the queue to be refreshed (re-collected) before reading?

Thanks for any help or suggestions for other FM to use.

Kirsten

Hi Kirsten,

to refresh the import queue you could use fm

TMS_MGR_REFRESH_IMPORT_QUEUES.

Regards

Bernd

We're reading the virtual buffer (for QA approvals) and this function doesn't work on the virtual ones. Thanks for trying though!
