    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;U can use APPEND STRUCTURE for MARA table.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In SE 11 give the table name as MARA then u will find one button APPEND STRUCTURE in application toolbar.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on that,then create ur structure with ur own data types.It will add to MARA table.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mark points if helpful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regs&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Manas&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello Rahul,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would suggest if u are adding ur custom fields to MARA then do a .append so that in future upgrades this custom fields would be retained. However if this is suggested by SAP in some note then u can go to SE11. enter MARA and press Append Structure. Enter name and carry fwd the process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
