so i have created an interactive report with a download button on toolbar. i also have assigned checkboxes to all records in the output screens. when i select particular records(using checkboxes), i want only those records to be downloaded on an excel sheet. how do i do it?

Possible.

Move;selected check box rows into another table, and download it.

You said, that only selected, rows, Once press the button download, then try to see what are all the rows which are selected, move that rows into other tables, use function module (need to check) then download from that internable table.

Hi Madhav,

As soon as you click on download button write a loop on your final table whether checkbox field equal to 'X' and move those records in another internal table. Then pass that internal table to download method.
