use table t500p and find the company code based on personnel area(WERKS)..

i hope ur werk field is related to SAp HR?if so then go ahead with tht table..

Hi,

Check the master table for plant T001W , from there you will get the Valuation Area BWKEY , using this value to get the company code from the table T001K.

Hi ,

you can get company code from t001k table. Just pass your werks as bwkey to t001k and you will get corresponding bukrs from that.
