Pls try to give a meaningful description in Subject like rather your name. It helps the people alot.

Regarding your question: Call transaction used to upload the data into SAP system from a legacy system. Where is BAPI is an RFC enabled Function Module which is used to itegrate SAP system with other SAP or Non SAP system. BAPI is: Business Application Programming Interface.

Regarding your question:

Call transaction:

All SAP processes are initiated by calling a transaction (Online from SAPGUI or in ABAP program using statement CALL TRANSACTION). All transactions can be found in table TSTC: The transaction code is connected to a report or module/function pool and a starting screen.

BAPI (Business Application Programming Interface) is an RFC enabled Function Module; i.e. it can be called via remote function call (RFC) from outside the system where it is executed. This is primarily thought to integrate one SAP system with other SAP or non-SAP systems.

So there isn't too much transactions and BAPIs have in common.
