Transfering file from presentation server to application server

Hi ,

I have a flat file which doesnot have same type of records.so i can't use internal tables here . i want this flat file to be uploaded to a new file in the application serevr.Is there any way this can be achieved .... i m looking for a function module ..

if anyone has got the answer then plz share ...

u can do this,u can directly upload by using tcode CG3Z .

this tcode asks for a target file path , which have to created in the appl server ...

i m not sure how to create that ...

how to upload--

Try to run the Transaction CG3Z.

to upload the file from local pc to application server.
