posting tax with BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST

Hi;

i have tried hard to add a tax line to the document i have created with BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST but nothing worked so far. My document includes 3 payment lines (posting key 40) and 1 vendor line (posting key 31). i want to add an extra line for calculated tax amount. it is possible to calculate tax for individual lines and i can see these amounts in document view but altough i pass an extra line for tax in accounttax and currencyamount tables there is no tax value.

the individual lines are numbered from 1 to 3 and there are corresponding lines in currency amount table. vendor table has one line and the corresponding line in currency amoount is numbered 4. i created a line numbered 5 for tax amount in amounttax and currency amount tables. when i click tax button in view document (FB03) i can see the base amount but the tax amount is 0!!

How can i solve this?
