Questions :

While we have flat files, why IDOC came into picture..why cant we use IDOC..?

What is the difference between message control and with out message control… and why is that message control used in SD,etc and why is that message control not used in FI ?

Why is the invoice output type is RD00..is there some reason behind it ?

What are the different tables of invoices, orders, adavnced shipping notificationsn,purchase order,Purchase Order Acknowledgment,Ship Notice/Manifest,Order Status Report,Payment Order/Remittance Advice?

Guys plz help me in this..

Simple.....flat files are plain....IDoc's have an structure....You can manage the information in a better way using IDoc's.....Or XML if you prefer -;)
