Hi,

Normally if any error occurs in Idoc processing, we will go to WE19 and check it out. But, how u are going to where exactly the error arised. Is there any other way. can we debug an Idoc.

Hi,

You go to transaction WE02 to check the IDoc error message. You can see the error in the status record when you double click on the IDoc number.

Then you can use WE19 to simulate or debug the error message.

Hi,

To Debug the IDoc error in Inboud side, goto Tcode WE19 -->Mention Your Idoc, Press F8. Then you can see your Idoc. On top, there is a button called <b>"Inbound function module"</b>, then you need to select the Function module which is responcible to post your idoc & select the option "In Forground" to debug.
